What do I do if my state is missing from the select a state drop down box?

Literally every state except for mine is present in the box.

Which state? If you reside in a state that has no individual income tax, it will not be in the dropdown.

What state? There are 9 states without an income tax. If box 17 is blank then leave boxes 15-17 Blank.
