Wedding Photographer 1099
I do wedding photography part time. Do I need to have the bride and groom fill out a form 1099 for me if my fee is over $600?

No 1099Misc. Not from individuals only other businesses have to give you a 1099Misc.

You do have to report the income as cash income. See other answer how to enter cash income.

The General Income section is for income, from your records or cash receipts, which is not on a 1099-MISC or a 1099-K. Here are directions to enter the different types of income.
