Keep saying Incorrect description on my W-2 Line 20

I tried what you told me, and still there is incorrect error description.

You need to change the entry location. Although it is listed in your W2 in boxes 19 and 20, you need to put the amount currently in Box 19 on the Box 14 screen in TurboTax. Then, click on the dropdown box and scroll down to select CASDI. Then delete the box 19 and 20 entries from TurboTax. This will get rid of the diagnostic.
