My late husband was a UK citizen and a permanent resident of the US. I am a US citizen. I have never resided in the UK. Is my UK State survivors pension taxable in the US?

Generally, as a US citizen, you are required to report all income, including pensions from foreign countries, on your US tax return. This includes your UK State Survivor's Pension.
