TurboTax's time zone? I tried filing my CT return at 10:00 pm (EDT) on 4/15, with a 4/15 payment date, and got an error message that I couldn't choose a date in the past

Had to choose 4/16 as payment date, undoubtedly resulting in penalties and interest.
