I had a couple of anomalies pop up w/ the 2024 TurboTax Premium.
1) After importing my 2023 filing, I had to correct the amount of state return I received; about $270 ==> $69
I tried "reimporting" and got the same result
2) Oddly, in the Retirement Plans and Social Security / IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan..... section, it showed a value of $10,300 for 2023. We did NOT have any activity for this part, in 2023!!?? Immediately afterwards, I went into different section of TurboTax ("one "step/click away"), and then selected the "Back" button. The $10,300 I mentioned previously, was no longer present. Consequently, we reviewed all the forms and worksheets, to ensure TurboTax correctly calculated our taxes. BTW, we had just checked for updates, so that was not the issue.

#1. the state refund gets recalculated each year anyway, unless you are talking about a refund of state tax that you received on a 1099-G. But since the numbers before the state refund will all be recalculated, if you are talking about the calculated refund for 2024 - this won't matter.
#2. So you are OK on the 1099-R stuff?
It is good that you are looking carefully at your return. Since you are responsible for it (except for returns that TurboTax employees actually complete and sign), it's your job to review everything carefully.
