TurboTax desktop IRA/SEP/SIMPLE interface challenge in 2025 version

When describing your IRA, TurboTax offers a number of possibilities, including

. SEP

. SIMPLE

The instructions for these selections say that you may choose only one of the two. However, in many 1000-R reports, the IRA is described as IRA/SEP/SIMPLE.

So, which one is a user supposed to select, SEP or SIMPLE? If it matters, then provide a separate SEP/SIMPLE option.
