Where is data source for IRA Contribution Worksheet line 10? The worksheet is showing taxpayer covered by retirement plan and he is not

TurboTax automatically marks this box if you have entered a W-2 for this individual that has box 13 Retirement plan marked or has an entry in box 12 indicating elective deferrals or Roth contributions to an employer plan. Without such an indication on a W-2, the marking of the box on line 10 is user entered.
