Turbo Tax - Form 1099-R Box 14a should not be greater than gross distribution amount. Box 14a = 4.16. Gross distribution box 1 $416.04. I deleted the form and re-entered, same error. Cannot efile.

Enter the box 2a value into box 16.

If box 2a is 0 or empty, put the box 1 value in box 16 as the state distribution.
