Be sure to check your State Residency in the MY INFO section; you shouldn't be getting Non-Resident forms in your return.
Can you leave it blank and Continue?
Or, can you delete the form it is referring to?
Or, try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and re-try the review.
