TT says "Check This Entry" but won't accept my fix

On a state return, TT says "Check This Entry" but won't accept when I put in the number 0, although it says "not less than 0' and it will not allow me to file. The number it is asking me for is not even relevant to my filing, it is for non-residents, which I am not

Be sure to check your State Residency in the MY INFO section; you shouldn't be getting Non-Resident forms in your return.

Can you leave it blank and Continue?

Or, can you delete the form it is referring to?

Or, try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and re-try the review.
