TT saying asking for Uncovered Contributions from past years but no contributions since 2013. I have no IRA worksheet from 2023 to reference. Do I just enter zeros?

Turbo Tax referencing a Part B Unrecovered Contributions but I don't see any worksheet like that from past years.
