TSP RETIREMENT WITHDRAWAL

I have 1099-R withdrawal for over the age of 59 1/2 it asks for the retirement date.  I have not retired yet. How do I fix this?

What code is in box 7?  And double check your birthdate under My Info.  Are you married?  Be sure you enter the 1099R under the right name.

I don't think that TurboTax asks this question anywhere in the federal tax return section.  Is this question being asked in the state tax return section and, if so, what state?
