There is no info in block 7 for the distribution code.

I’m filling out my 1099-R. Turbo is asking my to fill out block 7 Distribution Code, however, it is blank.

If box 7 of the Form 1099-R does not have any type of code entered then you need to contact the Payer of the 1099-R for a corrected 1099-R.  The form cannot be entered on a tax return without a code in box 7.
