The Oregon state tax withheld from my 1099-R is not showing up on my Form OR-40

It should be listed on line 32 of your Oregon form OR-40. If not, then you should look at your 1099-R entry in the federal section of TurboTax and make sure you entered the state tax withheld as listed in box 12 or 15 of your form 1099-R.

Thanks for replying.  It is not showing up on the Oregon state form line 32.  The federal amount only is showing on line 30.  I went back and double-checked.  I filled out the state tax information on the federal tax form.
