Vanguard Mutual Funds is on the list of Import Partners, it most likely is that the import files are not yet available.  Your tax forms may be ready and you received them, but if Vanguard has not created the import files, you will not be able to import to TurboTax yet.  You can try back or contact Vanguard, because in general, most imports are ready by February 15th.  See What if I can't import my 1099?
