In TurboTax Deluxe Online version, click on the Federal Taxes tab and you'll see the Deductions & Credits heading listed right beneath the tab.  Just click on Deductions & Credits and that section will open up for you.

In TurboTax Deluxe Online version, click on the Federal Taxes tab and you'll see the Deductions & Credits heading listed right beneath the tab.  Just click on Deductions & Credits and that section will open up for you.
