SSA benefit tax return
If the Social Security benefits you receive are your only income of any kind from anywhere in the world and you are not married then there is no reason to file a tax return.

If the Social Security benefits that you and your spouse receive are your only income then you do not have to file a tax return since you would be reporting no taxable income on the tax return.
