"Notice 703" is the instruction procedure for determining how much of your SSA-1099 gross income ends up being included in your taxable income for 2025.

 

You just enter your SSA-1099 on the Wages&Income page, along with all your other income types, and TTX software uses that same calculation to determine what to include in taxable income on your form 1040.   The % will change automatically as you add in all your other income types.......that's what the software is supposed to do, and actually does.,
