Social Security - Higher benefits on spouse record
So I am entitled to 50% of my spouse's SS monthly income or 100% of mine, what if he's already drawing Social Security benefits?

You are entitled to 50% of your spouse's SS monthly income or 100% of yours, whichever is higher.
So make sure you are getting the maximum income.
