2 of my dependants receive Social Security benefits for the death of their mother.  Its their only income do I have to report it.

No, you do not have to report the income on your return. 

The 1099s should be in each child's social security number. The social security benefits would be reported on your children's tax returns if they were required to file. They are not required to file if the social security is their only income.
