No, the Maryland Relief Act has not yet been finalized by the state, so it is not included in TurboTax yet.
If you are expecting a Refund, you could go ahead and file and then Amend Your 2020 Return later to claim the additional credit.
Or, you can wait to file to see if the details are finalized before tax filing season ends.

MD says to not expect in their forms until March (but WHEN in march..no one knows....) then a couple more weeks for the software companies to come to, program what eh MD tax people want....April sometime???
