RRSP withdrawal at February

I have withdraw some RRSP Feb 2020.(first 60 days of 2020)

Will this withdraw be included in the Tax return 2019 or it be included in 2020?

Since the income was withdrawn in 2020 it will be included on your 2020 tax return.

You are a cash basis tax payer so income counts for taxes in the year your receive it.
