Rollover from 401k and pension to traditional IRA

I closed out accounts from a previous employer, both a 401k and a pension and rolled over 100% of this money into a traditional IRA.
Do I report that as a contribution to the traditional IRA?

No it is not a contribution. You enter the 1099-R (s) and answer the followup questions indicating that you rolled the distributions into a traditional IRA.
