In 2022 I used my RMD to make a QCD. My IRA administrator sent a check directly to the recipient who is listed by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization that is allowed QCDs. I requested that the contribution be made anonymously so my name did not appear on the check. I have a transaction statement from the IRA administrator with the date, amount, name of payee and check number. Is this sufficient documentation to satisfy IRS requirements?

Yes.
In the absence of a receipt from the charitable organization, you must have as substantiating documentation a statement from your IRA custodian showing the name of the organization, the date of the distribution, and the amount that you can provide to the IRS if requested.
