RMD & periodic payments

If you received only the RMD payments from your retirement accounts every year, is that considered periodic payments? The payments come monthly and yearly, but they are always different amounts since the RMD is based on percentages.

No, these are not a Series of Substantially Equal Periodic Payments.  When TurboTax asks if these were periodic payments, answer No.
