my pension is from fidelity investment I worked for GM,not sure which one to use for Michigan taxes

The correct code is N ( other pension subject to Michigan tax).
General Motors (GM) is not a government or "public" pension; tt is a private employer pension. Fidelity is the pension administrator for your GM retirement.
