Required Minimum Distribution (RMD)

My wife failed to take her Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) for 2018 in time so we now need to submit a Form 5329 and ask for a wavier.  When I get to the RMD questions Turbo Tax will only ask about my distribution and does not bring her name up.  We are married filing joint. Is this a program/system problem or something I'm missing?

If both of your names are listed at the beginning in Personal Info, then whenever you get to the beginning of a section, the program will ask who the income belongs to. If you clicked on your wife, the program knows it belongs to her.
