Remove Traditional and Roth IRA form

 Remove the forms: If you are using:

• Online: see How do I view and delete forms in TTO?
• Desktop: If you are working in the cd/download TurboTax program:

1. On the top right, there is a FORMS button. 
2. Click on FORMS.
3. Locate the form you want to delete.
4. Click on the form name.
5. Below the form, bottom left, select DELETE FORM button. 

Caution for online:

If the information returns, the program believes it too important to delete so you will need to:

1. select Tax Tools
2. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Topic Search
3. a new popup will allow you to find and select the form
4. Edit the form to remove any errant entries preventing deletion.
