Well---did YOU enter your SSA1099 when you prepared your 2020 tax return? You have to enter it yourself and you were supposed to check your tax return before you submitted it. If you left the SSA1099 out when you prepared your return then you should amend to include it. Or...did you enter it in the wrong place?
Do not try to enter your SSA1099 or RR1099RB as a W-2. Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
