Why does 2023 Turbotax still ask question related to form 8915? I already use 8915 for 2020, 2021, and 2022. That satisfied for 3 years

I don't need it for 2023.

It asked "Did either of you take a disaster distribution at any time between 2018 and 2022?

Should I answer "NO"?

One of the answers to the question posed contains the language Select yes if you need to report 1/3 of the amount of your distribution from a prior year. So, if that doesn't apply to you, you should select "No, I didn't."

Thanks , ThomasM125

As I mentioned I already reported my distribution for 3 years: 2020, 2021, and 2022.

That means I don't need to report it for 2023, do I?

Sorry just double check to make sure

You are correct. Nothing to report this year.
