When will the Pension/Annuities/IRA Worksheet: Txble Pens/IRA(Reg Dist) update be available for NY State? I'm unable to complete my NY filing because of this?

Hello,

and Yes, my federal was e-filled and accepted i got e-mails, my resident state NJ was e-filed and accepted also, I was waiting for update to efile NY.

TURBO TAX page confirming it, '' NJ e-filed, federal e-filed, do you want to e- file NY(nonresident) now?'', but when you say yes, the next page giving you the error mentioned

Are you using the Desktop program?  see this new error

on my ny state  pension and annuity worksheet- keeps asking for decedents birth date on my pension  from work.  I reentered all info from 1099-R but it won't correct the problem. How do I fix this?
