I have 1099-R From Company ABC. The 1099 shows company XXX as payer name acting as agent for ABC ( the company who paid me).

However no address is provided for ABC. Which do i enter, the paying agent or the company who paid me?

You can enter the paying agent's address as it appears on your form 1099-R.
