I turned 72 in December 2022 and have 3 RMDs, I have taken 2 in December 2022 but took the 3rd in February 2023.
1) How do I answer, "I have received ALL my RMDs in 2022" Yes or Partial? I only have 2 1099Rs
2) Which RMDs do I need to include on the question "RMD amount:" and "RMD Received:"

No substitute Form 1099-R is to be filed. The distribution in 2023 of your 2022 RMD simply goes on your 2023 tax return.
As long as you do not indicate that you did not take all of your RMD, TurboTax won't file Form 5329 Part IX incorrectly indicating that you had an excess accumulation.
You will answer "Yes" to "Did I receive all my 2022 RMDs".

You will answer YES you did receive all of your RMD's.

Good answer thanks! but can you comment on my other questions....since I only have 2 1099Rs
Example: RMD#1 $1000 taken in 2022
RMD#2 $5000 taken in 2022
RMD#3 $10000 taken in February 2023
Question: "Did I receive all my 2022 RMDs" Yes or No? (I am thinking yes)
if No do I enter the total of my RMD #1 and RMD #2? ($6000) Or all 3 RMD 2022 amounts? ($16000)
I pushed the RMD#3 to 2023 since I retired in Nov 2022 and only have SS income in 2023.
You will answer "Yes" to "Did I receive all my 2022 RMDs".
