To enter your SSA-1099 Social Security benefits in TurboTax Online when you have no W-2 and are stuck at the income start, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Wages & Income section.
2. Select I'll choose what I work on when asked how you want to enter income.
3. Scroll to Retirement Plans and Social Security.
4. Select Start or Update next to Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099).
5. Answer "Yes" to receiving Social Security benefits.
6. Enter the amounts exactly as they appear on your SSA-1099.

This lets you report your Social Security income even if you have no W-2 entered.
