If im doing 1099-R form why is number 13 different from my form.

Could be more than just 13....

The IRS renumbered several boxes for 2020 taxes, and a few issuers did not update their forms, and  irresponsibly  left them with the 2019 box numbers.

 Boxes 12,13,14 were renumbered as 14, 15, 16

Read the "subject of the boxes on your paper 1099-R and transfer their contents to the same subject box in the software.

BUT....if it's a CSA or CSF-1099-R you are entering, then you might be in the wrong form type in the software.  Those OMB CSA- and CSF-1099-R forms sere not renumbered.
