Contact whoever sent you the 1099.
Contact the company that issued the 1099 and request that they correct their information. Since the form 1099 originated with them, they will need to issue the correction with the IRS.
Otherwise, since you are certain that the income is not yours, do not include it on your tax return. You should be prepared to answer any questions that may come from the IRS when they do not see the income being reported.
