Enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax. Your 401(k) is not an IRA. Go back the the Traditional and Roth IRA Contributions section and correct any mistaken entries you made there.
You can contribute $6,000 in both 2020 and 2019, up from $5,500 in 2018 (people age 50 or older can add $1,000), but income limits may reduce how much you can contribute. The penalty is subject to a 6% tax penalty if not withdrawn by the due date of your current year's return.
Please read this link that addresses what the income limits for making a Roth and Traditional IRA limit. As mentioned before, your 401K is not an IRA and the contribution limits are much higher.
