As for your other issue, what are asking about "retirement income?"    I'm not sure what you mean about  "how do I download the information to enter retirement income."   Do you have a 1099-R you need to enter on the Federal side?  If so we can tell you how to get to the retirement income section of the Federal interview.   Or are you asking how to import the 1099-R into your Federal return?
