In 2025, my first time RMD was $6273.08. I took out $6300, which is on my 1099R.
Turbo Tax goes to form 5329 T. Line 52b shows minimum amount as $7229 which will be my RMD for 2026.
Confused as to why I need to fill out this form and why does it show next year's withdrawal amount.
How does this get corrected?

It sounds like your entire distribution was your RMD, so this can easily get corrected by following these steps:
First, you should delete the erroneous Form 5329 that was generated:
Next, to designate the entire distribution as the RMD amount from Form 1099-R, do the following:
*Note: If deleting only Form 5329 and following the above steps does not resolve the error message, it will be necessary for you to delete Form 5329 again, as well as the Form 1099-R entry and then re-enter the Form 1099-R, so that the RMD is properly calculated.
"Line 52b shows minimum amount as $7229 which will be my RMD for 2026."
This suggests that you mistakenly entered the amount of your RMD required to be completed in 2026 when TurboTax asked for the amount of your RMD required to be completed in 2025. When TurboTax asked you to enter the amount required in 2025, you should have entered $6273.08 Your $6,300 distribution in 2025 satisfied that.
2025 TurboTax does not ask anything about your 2026 RMD.
