Enter backdoor ROTH contribution in Turbotax Premier

How do I enter backdoor ROTH contribution in Turbotax Premier desktop version ?

I don't see step 1, question 9. Also I don't see the entire thing listed in Step 2. I see a place to enter the whole 1099-R form which I don't know how to.

Here are the steps for entering a backdoor Roth conversion.

You need to follow the steps in order.  If you have not then you should delete what you have already done and re-enter the contribution and conversion.
