Contribution to an IRA or Roth IRA

Can I contribute to an IRA or Roth IRA if my modified AGI doesn't have any wages in it? My modified AGI is only interest and dividends.

No, unfortunately, your IRS limit is the amount of taxable compensation so interest and dividends would not qualify.
