Yes, you can definitely start in TurboTax Free Edition.

 

If the 1095-A information you enter qualifies you to receive a Premium Tax Credit, you will need to upgrade to Deluxe to claim the credit because Form 8962 is not included in the Free Edition. 

 

If you are not eligible for a Premium Tax Credit, you will be able to finish filing in the Free Edition.
