Then go back and revisit your 1099-R entries. In that interview you will be ask qualifying questions regarding Covid-19 or a Qualified Disaster Distribution. Follow the prompts and hopefully this will complete your return.

Thanks....but I use the online version so I can't update it..... I was thinking of maybe deleting the withdrawals and reentering them?
Yes, you will need to delete and re-enter in this case as the system is not recognizing that the information is there. Delete it out, save your return, shut down out of the program completely, then even shut down your computer and do a full reboot. Just to play it safe. Then go back in and re-enter the information and it should then pick up and flow through properly.
I did speak to someone on here live and they said that Turbo Tax should be updated by the end of March....
