I tried to finalize and file my taxes, but it is asking for me to fill in the payer's info for a 1099-R form. I didn't receive a 1099-R form because I did not take any distributions for a pension, IRA, 401k, or any retirement plan. I don't understand why they want me to fill this info in on my return. I am not able to submit my tax return without entering this info.

Delete any unneeded 1099-R.
Leaving the payor information intact and filling in zeroes for the gross and taxable may work, too.
