You will only need proof if questioned by the IRS. You could get written letters from each parent as to the amount they paid you. If are going to continue and they are willing, have them pay you by check. You can keep of track those deposits and even take pictures with your cell.

You will enter your income on Schedule C. You can use Deluxe if you choose not to take any expenses.
