Question about IRA contribution deduction

I entered my payroll deductions for my IRA contribution in the w-2 section of this return. Not I am at the "Retirement and Investments"  section and it is asking me "Did you have any retirement contributions or investment expenses for 2018?" do i answer YES and re-enter the amount of my payroll deduction or has that contribution already be deducted from my tax liability? Maybe this section pertains to an amount I paid outside of payroll?

That's only for outside payroll...if it was on your W2, don't enter it anywhere else again.
