Qualified vs. non qualified

On 1099-R, I put in that my retirement plan is "qualified," but turbotax changes my response to "unqualified." Why?

Does anyone know how I can file for free?-I believe we qualify to do so but, TurboTax doesn’t give us this option- any suggestion on how we can do this?
