Fidelity is correct assuming they distributed all of your required minimum distribution (RMD) monies to you. You need to go back and review your Form 1099-R entries. You will see a screen that says Required Minimum Distribution (RMD), on that screen enter for the RMD an amount that is equal to or less than what your distribution listed in box 1 of your Form 1099-R was, assuming that was true:

On the screen that says How Much of This Distribution Applied to your December 31, 2024 RMD? indicate that the entire distribution did, if that was true:
