Program flaw and no help to correct

I said yes to sell stock etc. in error when the sheet came up to fill in, there was no back button. I tried leaving blank but error check said ithe 1099-B form needed to be filled in. I said done instead but when I tried to file TurboTax would not allow me.
I have the Mac computer version.

A simple back button would have saved me two days of frustration trying to delete this file. I was finally able to file by giving the business name None—TurboTax error and a date of1/1/2023. I hope this was enough for the IRS. .
