Penalty being assessed for RMDs that were properly taken

TurboTax Deluxe is assessing a penalty when I enter my second RMD even though all questions are being answered showing the proper amount was taken for both RMDs. This appears to be an issue with a recent update based on web searching. Any idea when this will be corrected? It would also be nice if TurboTax would acknowledge the issue.
